Angelika is a NASM-certified coach with a background in biology, driven by a passion to empower others on their fitness journeys. Her goal is to inspire clients to embrace fitness as a path to becoming the best version of themselves, no matter their starting point. With a scientific mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, Angelika strives to provide clients with the knowledge and support they need to master new movements and elevate their fitness. Outside of the gym, Angelika enjoys staying active through hiking, beach walks, and outdoor adventures. She values time spent with loved ones and enjoys traveling to new destinations, immersing herself in diverse cultures and experiences, which she eagerly shares with her clients to enrich their perspectives.
